    1 lb ground beef
    .5 c chopped onion
    1 c sliced mushrooms
    4 T Country Crock
    .75 c 2% Milk
    1 c cut green beans
    20 baby carrots
    3 medium russet potatoes
    2 t salt
    2 t pepper
    1 t garlic powder
    4 T Daisy sour cream
    1 c shredded cheddar cheese


You may also add worchestire sauce to your beef or add more salt and pepper to taste to your beef, veggie mixture before transfering to the pie dish.


Preheat oven to 400. Boil cut up potatoes, boil green beans and carrots. In a skillet add 2T butter and onions with mushrooms allow to saute. In a bowl mix 1t salt, 1t pepper, 1t garlic powder to ground beef, mix well. Add to skillet, brown beef. Once carrots are soft, drain and slice. Add carrots and green beans to beef mixture once beef is cooked, simmer. Mash potaotes, add milk, 2T butter, 1t salt, 1t pepper, mix well till smooth. Pour beef mixture into a 9in pie dish. Add potaotes and evenly spread. Add 4T sour cream and evenly spread over potatoes. Sprinkle with 1c shredded cheaddar cheese. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes till heated through. Enjoy!
