    20 ounces (1.25 lbs) ground turkey sausage, lean (93%)
    1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/2 tsp. rubbed summer savory
    3/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg


Mix together seasoning. Add in ground turkey and combine thoroughly. Form into 12 small patties and cook on skillet until internal temperature of each patty reaches 165 degrees.

Serving Size: 12 sausage patties
