Ingredients

    Spinach, frozen strawberries, banana, low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1% milk, flax seeds

Tips

You can pre-measure the spinach and flax seeds the night before so they are ready to go. I make mine in the morning and have 1/2 for breakfast and the 2nd half in the afternoon for a pick-me-up.


Directions

Layer in blender: spinach and flax seeds followed by milk and yogurt, then banana and peanut butter and lastly the frozen strawberries
