Introduction

The seafood salad at the deli is too expensive, & we can't control what dressings they use. This is a cheaper & healthier option. (I recommend using a light Miracle Whip instead. Ingredients

    24 oz. Imitation Crab (chopped)
    12 oz. Shrimp, cooked (chopped)
    4 stalks Celery (diced)
    1 Jalapeno Pepper (seeds removed, then diced)
    1 c. Kraft miracle whip regular
    1 c. Hellman's Low Fat Mayo
    4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce (or more to taste)
    2 Tbsp. Lime Juice (or more to taste)
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl & serve! I love this on Breton multigrain crackers or corn chips.
