    - 1 Cup Couscous - Cooked
    - 1 Cup Mushrooms Diced
    - 1 Cup Spinch - Chopped
    - 4 oz Feta Cheese
    - 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onion
    - 1 tsp Garlic Chopped


1. Saute the mushrooms, garlic and onion.

2. Cook the couscous as directed.

3. Add couscous to mushrooms, garlic and onions.

4. Add spinach to warm.

5. Serve with Feta over the top
