    *Cornflake Crumbs, .66 cup (remove)
    *Flour - Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour - 1/4 Cup (30g), 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Paprika, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Onion Powder, .75 tsp (remove)
    *Salt, Redmond All Natural Sea Salt, 0.75 tsp (remove)
    **McCormick ground cumin, .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Chicken - Tyson All Natural Chicken Breast Tenderloins, 32 oz (remove)


combine the cornflake crumbs, flour, paprika, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and cumin in a large zip-close plastic bag. Spray the chicken pieces lightly with nonstick spray, then place one piece in the bag. Shake the bag to evenly coat the chicken, then transfer chicken to the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining chicken pieces; discard any remaining coating mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes - inside temperature should be 170 degrees.
