Ingredients

    4 c. peeled, cubed Baking potatoes
    1 garlic clove, halved
    3/4 c. low fat milk
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

boil potatoes with garlic. Drain. Return potatoes to pan. Add milk, and remaining ingredients and mash.

Serving is 1 cup.
