Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 1 cup, crushed (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .50 cup, packed (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)

Directions

Mix turkey. eggs, saltines set a side. Mix Tomato sauce & brown sugar. Mix 1/2 of tomato sauce mixture into meat mixture. Put into a microwave safe baking dish. Cover and cook in Microwave for 20 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining tomato sauce mixture, cook additional 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
