Introduction

Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 can vegetable broth
1 cup water
1 can cannellini beans
2 tbsp margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
Tips
Ladle soup into a mug, garnish with a quarter slice of American cheese. That will add a few extra nutritional
values.
Sometimes I add a quarter cup of barley, or extra vegetables.
Directions
In a large pot, saute chopped onions and celery in margarine for a few minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about an hour.
