Ingredients

    2# Chicken Breast, skinless, boiled, shredded
    1 10oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 10oz. can Old El Paso Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
    1 cup. brown rice (uncooked)
    Fresh Cilantro (as desired)
    Fresh Parsley (as desired)
    Green Onion (chopped) 4 Tbsp



Tips

Serve over rice, or combine with rice to make a burrito.


Directions

Cook rice separately per instructions.

Combine all other ingredients in pan and heat on stove top or in microwave.
