Nutty and sweet cauliflower! YUM! Nutty and sweet cauliflower! YUM!
Number of Servings: 8


    4 cups of cauliflower, chopped
    1 TBSP olive oil
    salt and pepper (or seasoning) to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 9x 13 pan with cooking spray. Place cauliflower in pan and pour olive oil over top of cauliflower. Toss cauliflower to coat. Add seasonings.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cauliflower is golden brown.

Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings
