    Swanson's Chicken Broth, reduced sodium, 2 cups
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb., cubed
    Mushrooms, fresh, .8 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 2 cloves (pressed into broth)
    Tomato, grape (about 25) halved
    Barilla Mini Penne, 16 oz
    Cream Cheese, 8 oz, cubed
    frozen spinach, thawed 10 oz.


I actually use less than the whole can of Swanson's. The sauce seems a little runny, but it thickens as it cools.


1. Heat large saucepan over Med heat with a 1/4 cup of broth, garlic and any desired spices.

2. Saute mushrooms until tender, add cubed chicken and rest of broth, simmer for about 10 min, until cooked.

3. Add spinach and cream cheese(it's easier if you cube it). Cook an additional 10 minutes.

4. Add tomatoes, cook 3 more minutes.

5. Stir into cooked pasta, serve.
