    36 oz. lean ground beef
    bell pepper
    15 oz. tomatoe sauce
    2- 16oz. cans dark red kidney beans
    splenda (1 packet)
    1 tsp cumin
    3 TB chili powder
    2 or 3 cups water


brown meat with onion & bell pepper - add other ingredients - put in crock pot on low for 5 to 6 hours. about 12 1- cup servings
