    4 Eggs
    1/2 C Applesauce
    1/2 C Butter (melted)
    2 Tblsp Honey
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3/4 C Sifted Coconut Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder


Small loaf pan is best.


Mix first 4 ingredients together in a medium bowl or food processor. Add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until no lumps. Pour batter into small loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 55 mins. or until cake tester comes out clean.
Enjoy with butter and/or jam.

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf (12 servings)
