    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Pears, fresh, .5 pear, large (approx 2 per lb)
    Fennel, .2 cup, sliced
    *Raspberry Vinegar, .5 tbsp
    *walnut oil, 1 tsp


cut greens as desired, add vinegar and oil, cut pear and fennel as desired, toast walnuts and cut as desired, add to greens, eat
