    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 plum tomato (remove)
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    1 tsp basil
    1 tsp parsley


Preheat oven to 350. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, herbs and 2 tsp olive oil.

Half tomatoes and gently squeeze to remove seeds. Salt and pepper to taste. Place cut side up in lightly sprayed pan. Fill with bread crumb mixture, and drizzle with remaining olive oil. Bake for 50 minutes, until topping is browned and tomatoes are soft.
