Ingredients

Sausages by Amy Andouille Chicken Sausage (1 link), 7 serving (remove)
    Split Peas, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 small,diced
*Potato, raw, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.), diced
Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
*Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 9 tsp (remove)

Directions

Cut up the sausage in small bite size peices. Saute with the onions in a large stockpot, adding a little olive oil if needed. (Not in the nutritional info!) Combine the rest of the ingredients in the stockpot, bring to boil, and simmer for about 40 minutes or until split peas are tender.

Note: I'm adding some salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the ingredients before they simmer to add to the flavor of the soup.
