    purdue perfect portions chicken breast 4.8oz, 5 serving
    2 cans Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup
    2 Kraft Stove Top Turkey Stuffing Mix
    16 oz frozen cut green beans
    2 1/2 cups of skim milk


bake thawed chicken around 30 minutes. chop into cubes. partially cook green beans to thaw. cook stove top stuffing.

Divide all ingredients in half

layer one casserole dish with stuffing, then green beans then stuffing, then chicken. Add 1/2 cup milk to 1 can of cream of chicken soup and pour over all.

Repeat for 2nd caserrole and freeze.

Bake first casserole at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes until done.
