Ingredients

    Place chicken in a baking tray. Rub the chopped garlic on chicken breasts. Top with chopped bell pepper

    Set covered in the oven at 200 deg C for half an hour

    Open and let in roast for another 20 minutes or until chicken is completely done

    Heat oil in a kadai and add the shredded cabbage. Stir and toss for about 3 to 5 minutes on high heat. Add the palm sugar and mustard paste and mix through. Cook on low heat for another 5 minutes. Or until as done as you like cabbage

    In another saucepan heat oil, add garlic , fry for a minute and then add the flour. Mix until the flour gets fried a light brown.

    Add the milk continuously stirring until there are no lumps. Add the dried herb . Add the grated cheese and stir until it melts.

    Add less or more milk depending on how thick you like the sauce.

    To Serve:

    Spread the cabbage on a plate. PLace the chicken breasts on the bed of cabbage. Pour white sauce over the chicken. Add freshly crushed pepper on top.

    Serve with roast potatoes.
