I don't follow recipes very well. I look at things and then decide what will taste good. This is what I came up with after craving something with sauteed onions. I don't follow recipes very well. Ingredients

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 raw onion
    1 tbsp Cheese per Chicken Breast
    Couple dashes red wine vinegar
    Olive Oil to spray the chicken

Tips

I wasn't able to save many of the onions because I had the grill up too high. The chicken came out really juicy and had a good flavor.


Directions

After grill is preheated and onion is cut, spray chicken with olive oil, and add any seasonings desired. Place chicken on grill with onion slices between pieces of chicken. Then I sprinkled the red wine vinegar on the onions. Cook chicken until totally done. Top with cheese and serve.
