    Senora Verde Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles, 1 can
    Cilantro, raw, 1 cup minced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Tomatilla - 1 med @ 34 grams, 1 serving
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit
    Lemon juice, .25 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp


Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2-cup servings

Mince cilantro & jalapeno, chop onion & tomatilla fine, dice avocado into 1/2 inch chunks. Mix all together with salt & lemon juice & chill for 20 minutes or more to marry flavors.
