Tacos are quick and festive way to spice up any meal. To keep them lean, keep the ingredients simple. Plain Greek Yogurt acts like sour cream, but adds extra protein. Tacos are quick and festive way to spice up any meal. To keep them lean, keep the ingredients simple. Plain Greek Yogurt acts like sour cream, but adds extra protein.

Ingredients

    10 oz lean ground turkey, 2.5 z per taco
    8 corn tortillas
    2 Tbs fresh pico de gallo (per taco)
    1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt

Directions

Brown ground turkey until fully cooked, drain off fat. Cook tortillas (can be microwaved or heated in the oven). For each taco, fill with about 2.5 oz of ground turkey, about 2 tbs of pico de gallo, and 1 tbs of greek yogurt. Serves 4, 2 tacos per person.
