Threw this together using my food processor in no time and it is GREAT!!!

Very striking (purple & white)....pretty slaw to serve to your family or guests. Tastes great with balsamic vinegar, but is prettier with apple or rice wine vinegar.

Very striking (purple & white)....pretty slaw to serve to your family or guests. Tastes great with balsamic vinegar, but is prettier with apple or rice wine vinegar.

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    SALAD...
    1 med/small head of red cabbage, shredded
    1 medium/large head of cauliflower, shredded
    1 medium onion, shredded
    1 TBSP celery seeds
    1 Cup sunflower seeds (hulled)

    DRESSING...
    1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    1/2 Cup Vinegar
    3 TBSP Splenda
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1-2 TBSP lemon (or lime) juice

Directions

1) Mix salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
2) Mix dressing ingredients together, pour over salad, and mix.
3) Cover and place in fridge to allow flavours to "marry".
4) Re-toss and serve!
