Ingredients

    6 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tbsp Honey
    2 tbsp olive oil
    dash Black Pepper

Tips

I make a small amount at a time and if making a single side salad I do not mix the olive oil in I just pour the oil over the salad and add a little dressing to toss


Directions

mix honey and vinegar with a fork, add pepper and olive oil mix well or shake and serve over salad, hot cooked vegetables or even over chicken or fish as a marinade.
