Gotta have my tartar sauce with fish!
I make this both ways - tangy using dill pickles or dill relish, or I make it sweet substituting sugar-free sweet pickles for the dills and adding a bit of stevia sweetener.

Ingredients

    1-cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
    2-tablespoons Lemon Juice from Concentrate
    1-tablespoon Creamy Horseradish Sauce (or 1-teaspoon plain horseradish with 2 teaspoons extra mayo)
    -cup finely chopped Dill Pickles
    1-tablespoon pickle juice
    1-teaspoon Dijon mustard
    -teaspoon onion powder
    -teaspoon Old Bay Garlic & Herb Seasoning (or Mrs. Dash)

Tips

Serve with any plain or breaded fish or on fish sandwiches.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and store covered (I use an old relish or ketchup bottle) in the refrigerator. Best if allowed to sit for 1-hour or longer to blend the flavours.
