    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 16 tbsp or 1 cup
    Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal Flour, .666 cup
    Bob's Red Mill Quinoa Flour, .666 cup
    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Walnut Oil, .25 cup
    Sparkling Water, 1/2 cup


You can use the oil of your choice; grapeseed oil, olive oil, or butter.


Preheat oven to 375.

Whisk eggs together, then add to dry ingredients. Add oil. Add water to desired consistency. (Just liquid enough to pour thickly into the pan.)

Bake for 40 minutes. This time will vary if you use a different pan, or more or less water. If you use a metal pan Id start checking around the 20 25 min. mark. It's done when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
