    Cream Cheese, 8 ounces
    Heavy Whipping Cream 8 ounces, whipped
    Powdered Sugar, 1 cup, unsifted
    Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup
    1 Lemon, use Juice & Zest


can use for anything, great on cake, cookies, and filling for cream puffs.


Beat heavy crean, add 1/4 cup sugar beat until stiff peaks form, and set aside. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, beat in zest and juice. When mixed well fold in whipped cream store in refrigerator several hours or over night.
