Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup oil
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1 cup banana, mashed
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Blend all dry ingredients. Add the wet all at once & combine. Do not overmix. Batter will be a bit lumpy.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Using 1/4 cup of batter per muffin, you should yield 14 muffins.
