    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 5 cloves minced
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Tomato Sauce 1 can (8 oz)
    Diced tomato 1 can (10 oz)
    Italian Seasoning 2 tbsp
    Salt 1tsp
    Black Pepper 1 tsp
    Sugar - 1 tbsp
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti - 1 pkg (14 oz)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp


For Sauce: Brown ground beef, add onions and saute until translucent, add garlic and saute for approx 30 sec-1 min. Add tomato paste, sauce, diced tomato, italian seasoning, salt, black pepper and sugar, mix thoroughly. Simmer on med-low heat for 5 minutes.
For pasta: Add pasta to boiling water, cook until tender. Drain.
