    1/2 c Dates
    1 oz cashews, RAW
    2 T. Cornstarch
    1/2 c Water (boiled makes it set faster)
    2 T. Carob Powder
    2 tsp Roma or instant coffee
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    pinch Salt


Whiz all ingredients in Vitamix until thick.
Use to frost 1 batch Black Bean Brownies (9)

Without Vitamix:
Blend until smooth.
Heat until thick.

Serving Size: 9
