    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    *Aldi Minced Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long) (remove)
    *Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatos, 5 gram (remove)
    *Albertsons Frozen Peas & Carrots, 0.75 cup (remove)
    *oil, peanut, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion, red (raw), 2 tbsp (remove)
    Italian Salad dressing, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Mr Yoshida's sauce, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Succes White Rice (Boil N Bag), 3 cup (remove)

1. Chop red pepper, set aside.
2 Cut pork into small strips
3. In Wok, saute the garlic,scallions, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, ground pepper, and other dry spices as interested in peanut oil until onions are translucent...about 3-5 minutes.
4. Add in pork and stir fry..
5. add Mr Yoshida, bell pepper and frozen peas/carrots, and let simmer.
6. Meanwhile add the boil N bag rice to some boiling water..
7. When Rice is done...stir fry is done..
8. enjoy..
