If making muffins, they turn out Large. If making muffins, they turn out Large.
Number of Servings: 6


    1.5 c flour
    .5 t. salt
    .5 T. cinnamon
    .25 t. baking powder
    .5 t. baking soda
    1 egg
    .25 c. canola oil
    1 c. chopped apple
    1 c. mashed banana
    .5 T. vanilla


Mix dry ingredient. Mix wet ingredient. Add fruit to wet ingredients. Then add dry to wet ingredients. Bake At 400 degrees for ~17 mins for muffins. For bread loaf, bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 6 very large muffins
