Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 1 lb cut in thin strips
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Red or Yellow Bell pepper, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Snap peas, 1 cup
    Hoisin Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Oyster Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Fish Sauce, 1 tbsp
    White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup

Directions

Saute the sirloin in the oyster and fish sauce until browned. Add onions, saute until transluscent. Add garlic saute approx. 30 sec. Add vegetables and Hoisin sauce, simmer over med-low heat 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Cook rice according to directions.
