Ingredients

    12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    0.50 cup Wild Rice
    1.50 cup Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    6 serving chicken bullion cube
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

Directions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chicken in crockpot and cook for 4-6 hours on low.
One hour before serving, add cooked chicken.

Serving Size: makes 6 generous 1 1/4 c servings
