Ingredients

6 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
1 lb uncooked boneless chicken breasts, washed, patted dry.
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
.5 C chicken broth
.25 C heavy whipping cream
.25 C whole milk plain yogurt, greek variety
8 oz fettuccini
.5 C grated Parmesan cheese
.25 C parsley, fresh
Directions
rub garlic over chicken; reserve garlic. Seeason chicken w/ salt and pepper and rub in seasonings with your hands; set aside.
coat skillet w/ cooking spray and then set over med-low heat. Saute garlic until fragrant, about 1 min. Add chicken & cook to golden, flipping once, about 5 mins per side.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine broth, cream and yogurt; pour over chicken and scrape bottom of skillet w a wooden spoon to mix. Simmer chicken gently, turning once, about 30 mons.
While Chicken is cooking, bring a med pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Remove chicken from cream sauce and set aside. Add parmesan cheese to cream sauce and mix until well-combined. Add cooked pasta and 3 Tbsp parsley; toss well. Serve pasta topped with chicken and rest of parsley. Yields about 3 oz of chicken and 2/3 C pasta/sauce per serving.
