Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup of self raising flour
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup butter milk
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup skim milk
    1 cup of kernels
    1/2 graded low fat cheese

Directions

sieve and mix dry ingredients
mix wet ingredients
pout wet into dry,m add cheese mix
spoon into muffin tray

Serving Size: muffin try spracy with oil beofre makes approx 8
