Roll in corn tortillas without chesse.

    1 cup chopped red, green, yellow peppers
    1 cup cooked brocolli
    1 chopped scallion
    8 oz. roasted cooked chicken chopped
    1 tbsp cilantro chopped
    1 tsp of olive oil
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Heat olive oil and stir fry scallions and peppers for 5 mins. Add cooked chicken and brocolli. Mix in cilantro with a salt and pepper. Serve with corn tortillas
Quick and easy lunch.
