    1 lb. Beef Stew Meat
    1/4 cup Whole White Wheat Flour
    2 Tsp Canola Oil
    2 Medium Carrots (sliced into chunks)
    3 Medium Celery Stalks (sliced)
    1 Medium Onion
    3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
    1 14.5 ounce can Stewed Tomatoes
    4-5 Red Baby Potatoes (chopped into chunks) (approx 675 grams)
    1 8 ounce can Yellow Sweet Corn
    2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    2 Cups Low Sodium Beef Broth
    1 Cup Red Wine
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg


1. Place meat in a large plastic bag. Combine 1/4 cup flour into the bag with the meat, and shake to coat.

2. Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add stew meat, and cook until evenly browned on the outside. Transfer to a slow cooker along with the carrots, potatoes, celery, corn, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and spices. Pour in Worcestershire Sauce, Beef Broth, and Red Wine

3. Cover, and cook on low for 9 hours or on high for 5 hours.
