Number of Servings: 8


    1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    0.50 tsp Salt
    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    0.35 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    .5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
    0.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Mix all meatloaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.

Mix ingredients for topping and spread on loaf. Bake for 1 hours.

Serving Size: Makes about eight 1" servings
