Ingredients

    3lbs chicken wings
    1c. soy sauce
    4oz honey
    ginger root
    1tbsp fresh minced garlic
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    dash of pepper

Tips

Put on broil the last 5 mins to brown the outside.


Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken in a sauce pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool and then add the marinade to the wings for 45 mins. Grill or bake until tender!
