    8 eggs
    1lb turkey sausage
    1/2 C nonfat milk
    1pkg frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
    1C cheese - any kind


Mix together eggs & milk. Add sausage, hashbrowns & cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
