    Add 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of white pepper.

    Substitute veg stock for the chicken stock if wanted.


Saute the chopped carrots, chopped onions and garlic in the olive oil until the onions start to brown. Put in the vit-a-mix blender with the rest of the ingredients. Add 1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of white pepper. Blend on high for 4-5 minutes until smooth and warm.

Serving Size: makes 750ml (3 large cups)
