    *Boss Super Lump Crab Meat, 2 serving
    *(1)Kraft Parmesan Cheese 2 tsp, 3 serving
    Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
    Scallions, raw, 1 small (3" long)
    Butter, salted, .25 stick
    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 2 large
    *4C Italian Bread Crumbs, 0.3 cup
    *Aldi Minced Garlic, 2 tsp


1. Baked the sweet potatoes at 400 in oven.
2. Slice potato in half length wise, and scoop out area for crab stuffing.
3. in small pan, melt butter, shallots, garlic, scallions, together, do not boil the butter only warm up..
4. once butter is melted add crab meat and mix together to coat the meat completely
5. in bowl, mix all dry ingredient together.
6. Add crab meat mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients, mix together and separate in to 2 portions.
7. Place portions in scooped out sweet potato, sprinkle top with block parmesan gratings, return to oven and broil for 10-15 minutes.
