    6 T olive oil
    3 T white wine vinegar
    1 tsp chopped oregano
    1 clove garlic, minced

    6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
    1 15oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 cup red onion, chopped
    .5 cup provolone or swiss cheese, chopped
    2 oz. genoa salami, sliced in thin strips
