    3/4 c. splenda
    1tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. banana ripe banana
    1/2 c. nonfat milk

Directions

350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes one loaf with 12 1-slice servings or 12 small muffins.
