    Dice onions & Garlic.


Cook in dutch oven pan with lid. Or in baking pan with the meat wrapped in Foil. I usually take a bunch of foil and put all of the ingredients in the foil and sinch it closed and then close the dutch oven lid also.
Sprinkle on Penzey's Forward seasoning. Season with salt/pepper to taste. In separate bowl mix the two soups. Pour over top and sinch the foil closed. Cook without touching for ~ 3+ hours in oven at 350 degrees.
