    1 tbsp Canola Oil
    0.50 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    0.50 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Shrimp Sauce (finely ground)
    1 tsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
    1 serving Colossal Raw Shrimp - 4 shrimps


Peel and slice red onion. Season raw shrimps with a dash of salt and sugar.
Preheat the wok for a minute on high heat. Add in the red onions and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes, add in the LKK Shrimp Sauce and Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Add in the shrimps and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water and simmer till shrimp is cooked.
