    Pizza Crust Dough - enough for 1 Pizza
    Sweet red pepper - 1 cup sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh - 1 cup sliced
    Parmesean Cheese - 3 tbsp.
    Marinara sauce - 1 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, shredded = 8 0z use part skim
    Olive Oil - 1 tsp.
    Optional Italian spices as desired.


I make the pizza dough from my bread machine recipe and make homemade sauce in the summer from fresh tomatoes and freeze in 1 cup bags. Roll out the dough, brush edges with olive oil, top with sauce, veggies, cheese and bake until done. If you prebake the dough first for 10 minutes and then add the rest it turns out better.
I like to sprinkle the pan with a tsp. of corn meal when I have it and poke the crust a little if I bake it first before adding the sauce , cheese and veggies. Also you may add spices to taste. Baking time is 15-25 minutes.
If you are making your dough from scratch you must allow extra time for it to rise
