    1 tbsp wine vinegar
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
    1 head of Belgium Endive, halved and thinly sliced
    1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
    dash of black pepper


In a medium bowl, whisk oil and vinegar. Add celery, endive and onion. Season with black pepper and toss.

    Very Good
    Fresh and simple salad. I added some raspberries and thinly sliced cucumbers to it a little extra flavor as well. The next time I make this I will try using Raspberry and balsamic dressing or sweet balsamic dressing which I use on other salads I make here and they are great. - 2/25/18

    great fresh clean taste. I also added in dried cranberries and I think that cucumbers would be great with this as well. YUM! - 3/31/10
