Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    355gms extra lean ground beef
    2 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp coriander (dried) or any other herb
    Spray of olive oil

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, while preheating oven at 180C.
2. Roll into mini ball sizes.
3. Chill for 20-30 minutes.
4. Spray each with a little olive oil.
5. Bake on baking paper lined tray, in a medium oven for 30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
6. Serve on pasta or in curry stew.

Serving Size: Make as many balls or as little as you need with this batch
